兩種場景，一件產品
手持型掛燙機如今越來越使用廣泛，無論在家抑或差旅途中皆存在需求。我們收到委託，要設計一款能同時滿足出行和家庭使用的手持掛燙機。這裡存在著一個矛盾點：出行需要盡可能的小體積和輕量化，而家用則需要足夠的使用時效，且兩者間應對的衣物數量也不相同。
兩種形態，一個設計
與客人團隊一番研究，兩個使用場景差異化的核心在於水箱的裝載量，這是決定產品體積以及使用時長的關鍵，於是定下了本品將提供兩款可替換水箱的方向。同時，為了令水箱的體積變更在產品整個結構及使用流程中合理化，特別是家用模式下不會因更換大水箱而導致失衡，因而將水箱和手把合二為一。如此，當替換更大容量的水箱後，手把也同步換成更好握拿的形式，兩者得到了合理的兼顧。
外形方面，本產品面向的主要是女性用戶，因而做成一件精緻小匣的外觀，輔以點綴，以期討得受眾們的青睞。
2 Usage Scenarios in 1 Product
The handheld garment brush is now more and more widely used, whether at home or in travelling.
We received a commission, and the client needed to design a garment brush that could meet both travel and home use. There is a contradiction: for the travel use that needs to be as small and lightweight as possible, while in the home use, it needs to be durable enough. Meanwhile, the number of clothes are also different between these two situations.
2 Forms in 1 Design
After some research with the client's team, the core difference between the two use requirements is mainly the loading capacity of the water tank, which is the key to determine the volume of the product and the length of use. So we decided to provide two alternative water tanks for the product. At the same time, in order to rationalize the volume change of the water tank in the entire structure of the product and even in the use process, especially in the household form, the imbalance will not be caused by the replacement of the larger one, so the water tank is set as the handle of the machine. In this way, when the capacity of the water tank is increased, the handle is also synchronized to a better grip shape, and both have been given reasonable consideration.
The product is mainly targeted at female users, so we gave it a delicate small box look, supplemented by exquisite embellishments, in order to win the favor of the customers.
